AK Bowie or Full Tang Crow Knife?

It's going to shock a lot of people, but I would go with the AK bowie;) I love those knives:) However, I have found that my Munk Chunk Cleaver is every bit as bad @$$ as my AKB. I would like to get a crow knife one day, but I feel that my seax has filled that role nicely. Really, I have a non-khuk knife for every occation. MCC for heavy chopping/nuke deflection, seax for stomping around the woods/fending off viking invaders, Cherokee Rose for home defense/zombie re-de-animation.

Since I have not handled or even seen either in person. I will just go off what appeals to me, and that would be the AK Bowie.


Since you got me thinking about this, I may email Yangdu to see if she can't get me an AK bowie. :)

- Well I just got done getting a Munk AK Bowie, so I guess this will fit as a plain AK Bowie until I see one of those pop up.

i like the looks of an ak bowie more... thats just my 2cents
i dont know what it is but it just screams "i can do some damage!"
very intimidating blade imho :)

oh yeah, forgot to add...
CHOOSE BOTH!!! :D ... theres no such thing of "having to choose just one khukuri"
 
That's a fact... the more I see of them, the more I like them! My wife and I are moving in the near future to a piece of property where some good chopping implements will come in very handy, so I'm stocking up. I've always liked knives, big and little, and HI seems able to fill most, if not all, of those needs.

I really like the look of that crow knife, though. Kind of a melding of Eastern and Western elements. The bowie too, for that matter!

I have a stick knife that weighs in at over 30 ozs., so a bowie in the same weight range is a little eye-opening!

I tend to go for full tang first unless its a model thats just has so many other features going for it. The crow is hard to beat by anything in that class.
