AK47 Sheath Options

I need a sheath for my American Kensei "AK-47." What do y'all recommend and where can I get it?
 
we have a list of busse certified sheath makers listed on our web site www.bussecompanystore.com which duplicates the list on busse combat's web site.

all do very nice work and sheath a lot of busse's :thumbup:

Thanks. That was the first thing I checked. None of the ones who have websites listed the AK-47 among the Busse knives they make sheaths for. Based on he other posts, it seems that at least some of them do even though they don't list it.

It's practically Louisiana, after all.


ETA: After visiting your website, I don't see any AK47 sheaths. Do you make 'em?
 
I have four AK Sheaths ordered from David Brown of Buy Brown.

Three colors.

For the Four AK's that got delivered from the Company Store today.

Pair of Black on Black, one grey on Black and one Tan on Tan.

Got a couple sheaths ordered for the pair of Pork Belly skinners that got hear from the Company Store as well.

Like I usually say "Buy Brown, I do"

btw, I've got an AK, working a few more sheaths soon. ;)

'Sides me and Dave, I'm not sure if any other of the sheathmakers has one or not.

Papathud, FOUR??? Holy Crap!! I wish I had that kind of disposable income! :eek: lessee, 6, carry the 2, bring over the 5 ............ Holy Crap again!!!!

I expect I'll have to get another one. My son's informed me that when the zombies attack, he's taking my AK47.

I suppose that's the sort of sheath I need--one that would work well in a "Dawn of the Dead" type situation.
 
Yup, with only four of them, after I give two away I am still in the market for a few more, I have a couple possible trades in the works.:thumbup:

Cept my wife has been saying lately "it is only money, why trade knives you can't buy for ones you can?" :barf:

I try to tell her that by trading old for new I am using profit earned now to get blades I think I can also profit from Later, we shall see. ;)

forgive my ignorance but what is " the cove " i've heard that term come up several times. :confused:

I was wondering that too. After looking around for a while, I found a tacked thread in the Community Center. It seems that the "Pirates Cove" where gold or higher members go to say bad words and post naughty pictures. Lesser folks like us have to make due with less bad words and less naughty pictures in the Whine & Cheese forum.

the "pirates cove" located in the community forum. its the less civilized version of the whine and cheese :). the whine and cheese was set up for off topic rants and complaints. due to the legality of allowing adult content on a public forum, the pirates cove was (i think) reopened to paying members only to allow threads and posts of adult nature and content.

I got a gold membership and checked it out. It was pretty much as described. You're not mssing anything.
