AK47 strikes again!!

Well, i decided to break the American kensei 47 out for the second time today to cut some stuff down!

Whatever type of tree/s this is, makes a mess on the garage roof!

The blade is all clean now :D:thumbup:

She bites pretty deep too!

I love willow trees! they are pretty weak though and I wouldn't want one right next to my house or garage. Great chopping, the AK is a thing of beauty. Thanks for the pix.
 
Great pics. I could have used your help with a Willow tree I cut down last year. I don't think the AK would have been to effective on the 8 ft diameter base.

You have never seen me chop! ;) in all seriousness I enjoy cutting huge trees up with my saws. My biggest to date was about 50" across :) i think i have some pictures somewhere. it was fun
 
The base is unfortunately still standing. I was informed by my grandfather that the tree had lost a huge limb many years ago and that he decided that the hole left by it would be a good place to store his busted up concrete. I am just glad he told me that before I started up the saw. it is amazing that the tree had grown around the concrete so that you couldn't tell it was even there.
 
Great pics. Grandma used to make me go pick out my own willow switch when I was bad. Hated willow trees ever since.
