Okay, here are the AKs I got in:

AKS.jpg

They all weigh at least 3 pounds - more for the heavier ones. They'll be numbered from 1 to 3 (to follow) and will be orderable via my website. Number four is Steven F's "special" that actually has his initials on it - it's beautiful with the horn handle, but may be too big for his tastes. Anyway, just visit the inventory page, and locate the 20 inch AK (on sale for $99.00). Order one of those, and specify in the remarks which model you want (1,2,3, or 4). That's the easiest way to do it. All orders will include a tube of polish.

Also, be advised that I HAVE ordered the replacement khukuris for those (like myself) who wanted the normal sized AKs - including all the special orders.

1) 20 inch AK: The same one I've always had. Wood handle only.

2) 21 - 22 inch AK: Same as the 20 inch AK, but a bit longer. Wood handle only.

3) 26 inch Panawal AK - Long, heavy, with an AK blade and a Panawal handle (wood handle only)

4) Steven F's Panawal AK - Has the initials SFF on it.

That's the deal on the AKs. If they're desired, please visit the website for fastest service.

Craig,

Those things are monstrous! I was wondering if you were still thinking about offering an 18" AK (overall, not 18" blade). If so, how much would they probably cost and how heavy would they be?

We will in fact be offering several configuration AKs in the "normal" sizes when they come in - for example, we'll be replacing the "Panawal" with a similarly designed AK (the Panawal was really an AK with a different name).

Look for them on the site in about 3 to 4 weeks.

Craig,

I'd like to order a #2 (21 - 22 inch AK: Same as the 20 inch AK, but a bit longer. Wood handle only). I would prefer the heaviest one of these you have left (that is if you still have any left at all). I left a message on your voice mail. Many Thanks, Craig.

Craig,

Got the 22" AK today. It's a beautiful monster. The GH line is really getting impressive with fit and finish. I love the longer handles/blades on the karda and chakma.

I think I got a great deal on your AK sale. Thanks.
