Is there anyone out there that owns an Al Dippold knife or tool?

If so, could you please tell us about it and post any pictures you may have.

Thank you

I own a Dippold custom damascus cigar cutter with 18k gold highlights, woodgrain damascus body, polished damascus blade, hand made nuts and bolts, german markings on edges, incredible!

I will post pic soon.

I've been admiring Al's work for several years in magazines and at custom websites like Knife Art.

I finally got to meet and talk with Al for a while at the New York Custom show last November. He is a very humble man who makes fantastic works of art. They are everybit as nice to handle as they are to look at. He even wrote is own name into some damascus steel. His damascus is first rate, and his other knifemaking skills are very very good as well. Sounds like you have a sweet little piece. Sorry, I have no pictures, but This is his web page at the Art Knife Collectors Association web site: www.artknife.com
