Al Mar - Any Idea??

Can anyone help identify this model Al Mar, purchased at a gun and knife show in Houston about 10 years ago. Blade length just under 4" stamped AlMar Seki Japan 124/200, scales i think are smooth G10.

I remember seeing those back in the nineties at my local shop. I think the handles are actually aluminum. I think the blade is 6A. That knife was on the cover of Tactical Knives around 1995 or '96.

That is a Passport I believe.The handle scales were Aluminite.tom.
