I have an Al Mar Eagle with stainless ventilated scales from the 80's that is a linerlock. And it no longer locks up tight. Is there a way to make the lock hit the bottom of the blade, or do I need to send it to someone for repair?
My particular knife has peened pins, no bolts, but I can take those out and replace with some grade 8 socket head nut and bolts and still have a perfectly good user. I don't have any safe queens.
