Al mar gamekeeper swingguard knife

Hello all :I bought this knife on EBAY and managed to bend the blade tip by sticking it into an old wooden table top at a very shallow angle.I didn't pull back quick enough and the handle weight pulled the blade over and bent the blade tip about 1/4 " frm the very tip of the blade .Since the blade is very thin at the tip ,Iwas able to bend it back but left a very slite crease in the blade.I called Al mar for a replacement blade--!Answer :"sorry Bud-- knife has been out of production for 20 yrs--so no spare blades.Also since it bent so easily it might have been a copycat fraud"

My question any body else have a swingguard AL MAR gamekeeper knife?How's it holding up? john herbein
