Al mar mini sere 2000 vs hogue ex01

I don't have the Al Mar but I do have an EX-01. It is an amazing knife, the fit and finish is very high end. It is incredibly smooth with no blade play whatsoever. The button lock is very strong, smooth and easy to use with either hand, it might even give the axis lock a run for its money :D I don't find mine to bulky although it is a bit larger then the majority of my knives. I have heard some people complain about the spoon shaped clip but I like it, it doesn't get caught on anything at all. Overall I find the EX-01 to be a very well built knife and can't really find any faults with it
 
Al Mar and Hogue both put out good knives. I got the Hogue EX-01 in green Gmascus. Spectacular. Fit and finish, razor sharp, ergonomic. NO complaints. :)
 
I went with aluminum but that gmascus is sweet looking. I just prefer a smoother texture. I forgot to mention earlier that the EX-01 comes with a mirror polished edge making it that much better to look at :)
