I have the original knife (with the pins on it), medallion, and book. The case is not original and it does not come with a certificate. Found this in grandfathers storage box after he passed away. I have been able to pick up some info about this set from some very kind people. It would obviously be worth more with the original box and certificate, but is still a great addition to someones collection.
