Al Mar Quickclip IV

I have an Al Mar Quickclip IV NIB, anyone know anything about these. I think they were made in the early 1980's, but can't seem to find much on the internet. It may wind up for sale along with other Al Mars I've had for awhile.
The other knives include: Quicksilver 2001 Model 1, Quicksilver 2003 Model III, Utility Model I and II.
