al mar s.l.b. ??

I've tried to find opinions about this little knife, and have come up empty. A bit expensive for a small knife, but, I don't know, it just screams at me. But I'd like to have a few opinions about before I decide to buy it. What do you think?

I like mine. It's a big little knife.

I haven't seen an Al mar that wasn't worth the price asked. I have several, and they are nice edc's for gentlemen's type knives.

I have one. I originally got it to cut the horrible hard, molded plastic packaging that came with so many products. It was grest at that, and at a lot of other jobs, too. Al Mar knives are excellent (great customer service too), but relatively little known.

Yeah, I've heard some great things about Al Mar, and I'm really impressed with the S.L.B. and Sere models. But as you so aptly stated, not so known. No one I know has one. So I wanted to be sure. Thanks for the comments...I'm sold.
