hardheart: I only wanted to enlighten you about the knife you are selling, I know that the majority of these knives end up with people who do not know the differance, I am amazed that some of my fellow collectors, still purchase them after being burned, but it is really hard to tell, these are guys dealing with them every day, in the last 2 years I have gotten stuck with six too good to be true knives that I probably have close to 2 thousand in. I am no expert but with almost 930 al mars i am pretty knowledgeable! My education has come from a few of Al's close freinds who I deal with. Unfortunately seki made all of these knives and have the materials, cad designs and experiance to make them, they make them just a little differant than the vintage models, logo and chop placement, printing differances lack of warranty card from al mar. all designed to beat copyright infringement/ legal grey zone, and unfortunately they find there way here to us. Jays knives sere is a knockoff also. Best of luck John at infobound1
