The Al Mar Shiva Knife was created to commemorate the 25th anniversary of Al Mar Knives. The Shiva Knife features a 5.25" 3 layered laminated VG-10 Cobalt stainless steel. The top of the blade is not a false edge, but a fully sharpened edge. The Shiva has distally tapered, full tang construction to enhance balance, with Exhibition Grade Chinese Quince Burl wood handle scales. The handle, 4.63", has a lined lanyard hole and nickel silver guard. Each Al Mar Shiva Knife is serial numbered, and only 500 pieces will be produced. Each Shiva is assembled, finished, and sharpened by hand by craftsman dedicated to creating the very best knives you can buy. The Al Mar Shiva Knife has an overall length of 9.88" and weighs 4.5 ounces.

Nice knife, always admired Al Mar and his knives, more so when he was alive
and running the company, this knife reminds me of those days;

Here is an edit of your first image, tried to get some detail out of it for you
I see the tip was cut off in the photo but is shown on the other images you posted.

Gary , thank you for this image , it's looks much better indeed !

Which software would you advice to purchase to get such job done ?

It's the cropping functions ?

Let me know please , thanks!

Most welcome, it was Adobe Photoshop 2.0 but you can also down load
a free software on Google called Picasa
it works great and you can do all kinds of stuff with it, very handy and easy
to use too.
