Could you please keep all questions pertaining to a single subject in one thread?
If nobody gives you an answer, chances are that nobody who frequents this forum has enough experience with/knowledge of that particular subject.
Posting multiple threads on a single topic does not generate more attention, all it does is clutter up the forums.
Lastly, we have a search function that can provide you with lots threads on all kinds of things. Here's the FAQ. Unfortunately, not too many posts on the Shiva (here's one that might help you) have been made, but the search feature will probably come in handy on another occasion.
For example, there are a few posts on the Al Mar Operator you asked about in your other thread out there.
Also, this is not a live chat. You may have to wait for several days to get a reply. In the other thread, you brought your thread back to the top twice within a little over an hour after posting it. It's understandable that you want information fast, but so do others who do not constantly bump their threads past yours.
