Anyone checked out one of these little folders yet? It looks like an interesting little piece.
 
What is SLB and where can one find it? I have been patiently waiting for the Operator (SERE2K with fixed blade) to arrive for over a year, I am no longer patient with Al Mar...I loved the old SERE and find the new ones to be lacking a certain heft (no surprising, the old SERE 3003 weighs about 18 ounces...) but the new ones are pretty high quality.

I noticed this knife in AG Russell's fall catalog. It looks as if it would fit in the same catagory as the Spyderco Mouse Knife. Kinda interesting little knife, I also would appreciate any feedback on it.

i might have to get one for myself. the grinds are good,lock up is good,action is good.

It sure caught my eye when looking thru AG's catalog. I think it is a great looking knife, and if it is well made, ought to make a fine gent's knife.
 
i kept saying to myself while i was handling it, self,you might just have to get one of these.
i almost confscated my brothers spydie mouse when he got it ;),dont know what it is about small knives..

I cooled off and called A.G. Russell. They agreed with me, offered me a great deal on the knife with free shipping. I then purchased the knife.
I would never use the internet to "trash someone in public". I also would never delibertely attempt to hurt someone's feelings. (Things like that come back to haunt you.) Just one of the little rules I try to live by.

I think it's the sharpest knife I've ever owned. You can cut yourself if you look too hard. :) Seriously, it's a beatiful little knife. Completely tight lock up, no "blade wiggle". Perfect in every way! In addition, IT IS BEAUTIFUL!!! The black micarta scales are something else!
