Anybody have experience with working with billets, knife blanks or pre-made blades from Alabama Damascus? What is their usual finishing/delivery time? How does their Damascus hold up? I am aware that Kershaw Damascus is from ADS. How is the Kershaw Damascus? Please just pile on information, anecdotes, experience... anything? Can't find comprehensive answer in search box.

Only having experience with the Kershaw Damascus I'll say it sharpens super easily. Sort of like Case CV. It takes a sharp edge too ( has 52100 & 5160 in there right?). Wear resistance is not in the 154cm/VG10 class but more in the 1095 class. It rusts fairly easy if not cared for.
