Hope I don't get dinged for posting these up. Not sure if they qualify as traditional but in my mind they come pretty close - they have stag and 100 year old blades anyway
. The "rustic" look is what drew me to Alan's knives and I bought a lefty misery whip folder back in the Spring. I was so impressed with the knife I asked him to make me one just like it only in a right hand config and about 1 inch longer blade. I don't have the knife yet but Alan sent me these pics last Saturday. Just from seeing his other knives lately and the progression of his skills I'm sure this will be out of the park fantastic. The clip is removable BTW, he counter sunk the holes and it has a new bearing system in the liners for super smooth operation (or so he says
). If all knife makers conducted business like Alan does the cutlery world would be a better place for sure. :thumbup:
