Hey guys, anyone know how I get in touch with the folks at Alaska Gun? Their website is totally down, I don't know if they're going out of business or what. I emailed and called them a few times a month ago (the website was up then), and no one ever got back to me. I had heard good reviews about them in the past, so wondering what's going on up there. Thanks
 
Yes, they have gone out of business. Alaska Gun & Knife, right? Yup, gone.
 
I know they post a lot on louderthanwords.us

I believe that one of the guys from the shop is a mod on that site, I would try that.

Yeah, Bill posted a going out of business sale on another site, awhile ago.


When I was in Alaska last winter, I had lunch with Bill & he took me to his store. Really nice guy too. AWESOME knives & guns too.
 
wildwestguns.com is still up - they did do Ruger .454 SRH conversions - still do the Marlin Guide Gun to Alaskan Co-Pilot conversion - and have their '.50 Alaskan' ammo. No knives now - I thought they had some in the past - may have confused the two. Sad to see the other guys gone.
