Albacete (Spain) patterns.

I hope you like this shot. They are five different patterns that are still made in Albacete, our 'sharpest' city. The forth from the top is the most traditional, but it doesn´t mean that it´s the most beautiful. Steel is carbon in all of them excepting second, and handles are olive wood, bull horn - raw or polished- and deer antlers. Bottom one is handmade, with exceptional fit and finish.

Mate do you have any contact info? Did a google search didn't find much.

Mitch: Try and look for 'cibercuchilleria' and you´ll get a page where you can find a lot of info about Spanish cutlery factories, although I´m afraid that most of it is in Spanish.
Top is a Zafrilla, and bottom is a Panadero-Panduro. None of them has a web page.
