Hello
I will be hosting a hammer in at my place From June 17-19th 2011. I am located in Tilley Alberta Canada. I am looking for input on demonstrations guys would be interested in seeing. I already have Ed Caffrey coming to demonstrate making Damascus.

I'd love to attend and would like more info.

Schedules permitting, this kind of event within Canada is pretty rare.
 
Once I have the itinerary figured out I will post it. I am just curious on what kind of demo's guys would like to see.

Well I think Ed Caffrey being there is worth the price of admittance and travel. As for accommodations, if there is a place for me to pitch a tent or a couple of trees to string up a hammock I am good.
 
I live on an acreage so tenting/camping is not a problem. We have lots of room for campers and tenters. There is also a village 5 miles from my place with a hotel and Brooks is 15 miles away and has lots of motels/hotels.

Right now the only things that would keep me from attending are work and a race that I organize. I am a bike mechanic and the timing puts me in the busy season and the race has been right around the same time for the last three years. I am thinking of passing the reigns of organizer over to someone else this year, and cutting back on my work hours because of my elbow surgery last month. I really want to go, but only time will tell right now.
 
Hopefully this year I'll finally be able to show up- I've been trying to for a few years and I think life may be kind to me this time!
