See more pictures, much more information on this fine handmade knife here. Thanks for looking!

Wow:eek:Jay! That is really a beautiful knife! Good work.

Jay,
WOW! stunning work. definately one of the nicest knives i have seen you post. the gemstone handle and scroll work fit together perfectly. i dont know - but i really like this handle material. its almost like looking at thousands of stars in some far off galaxy or something.

Thanks for the comments, guys. Adam, this is the only piece of this gemstone I've ever found. I've got some other, but it's purple orbs, larger, and not as bright.

Your blade is profiled... an incredible hunk of steel!

Lorien, found any jade?

Outstanding as usual. As I've said before, just love your work!!!:thumbup:;)

GREAT WEBSITE also. I'll visit again!! :)

Actually...I met a fellow who works burls into various objects, who spent many years prospecting in Alaska, which was successful enough a stint to produce for him a 'retirement' lifestyle:)He knows a lot about this stuff and still has lots of connections in that field. I just need to get in touch with him, but bicycles have been keeping me running around in circles these days!
I'll be in touch!
This tanto is really an outstanding knife, man. I keep coming back to look at it.

When I finally take the leap & buy my first custom,it will be a Fisher.

As always, impressive(to say the least)work all around. The detail on the spine is unbelievable.
