All American Boot Co.

Firefighter here. I've used their wild land boots before, and they were alright. Switched over to Drew's Boots.

Went looking through their website. As far as structural firefighting boots are concerned. I suppose I don't see a reason to have them with zippers. The boots stay in the pants all the time, and it would just a be hassle to unzip and zip them every time you slip in.

Glad to get the opinion of an actual firefighter!

I didn't give the most favorable sounding impression I realize, but I'll go ahead and say they are better than most of the boots out there. Always good to see companies go into detail on the construction of the footwear, goodyear welt in this instance, rather than just some vague description of how awesome the boots supposedly are. Most nice handmade dress shoes are goodyear welted as well, blake will be thrown in every now and then. So, nice boots! :)
