You might ask this in the Buck forum on BF, but I don't think so. BOS has his stamp on the ones he does.

BOS has his stamp on the ones he does.
Not always.
According to Buck Knives, the Custom Shoppe 110's are heat treated by Mr. Bos, but it's not on all of the tangs.

thanks tlc i have already saw this but it says "Paul oversees all of Buck Knives' heat-treating and performs heat-treating for a great number of custom knife makers." but why is the stamp not on the blade if he does them all?

Here does not personally heat treat all Buck knives, they are heat treated under his oversight, meaning he laid out the methods and process' they use.

Knives he personally heat treats for them, are the more limited or special runs and will have his stamp.

An example would be like this standard model Alpha Hunter 279 in 420HC.

It was heat treated with instruction and oversight by Paul Bos, but not personally by him.

While this more limited fancier edition Alpha Hunter 277 in 154CM (earlier ones were ATS-34).

Are done by Paul Bos himself, and carry his stamp, which mine had.
