Looks like the SAR 6's are all but gone. Some inv of DC's which I think were even just added recently- but I could be wrong. I contemplated getting another Sar6 since I love them so much and its really such a perfect go to knife. I didn't want to spring for the extra hundy to get the LE- since I wasnt sure if I would like it-and of course, now Im kicking myself- although as I said, I love my grn/black se and she's a user for sure. She'd get no sun if she was numbered anyway-stupidly Anyway, just wanted to give some people a heads up if your on the fence- think there is also black paper, but it looks like the LE and many of the popular G10 colors are gone. Skunk- throw us a hog bone brother... What's coming next??? Anyone have an idea of what might be next in the company store-which is probably due soon or simply due to all the Sar 6's selln out-which would be no surprise. All and all- what a fantastic knife. One of my favorites- in my meager collection anyway. Just my .02 Thanks and have a gr8 day folks!
 
I just got one last week - I was so impressed, that I immediately ordered an LE. You can always make more money, but this may be the end of the SAR 6's Get them before they are gone.

I think Skunk decided to put in some of his brand new stash... 50 of each color. jk. I actually went back to the same page- while at work- several hours later and when I refreshed the page- all of a sudden there were a couple more listed, so I know I did see that earlier. I wouldnt have posted otherwise. Still slim pickings -what colors are there are low inv and no LE's. Skunk- Are all the LE's really gone too or you got a few more stashed?
 
I have absolutely loved my SAR6 LE (my first Busse knife). No regrets. I even decided to make it a user and am glad I did!
 
Awesome to hear Tom. Gratz on the score brother. DC should be sweeet. Anybody know what Jerry's sending up to ID-next for the company store or will that still be some time due to some of the other recent releases such as the MUK recently?
 
As I sit here, I have my SAR-6 SE with black and tan G10 that I love. So I should be well satisfied. but the pig in me wants a DC and Red G10 to match my SAR 3. Angel says you got what you need save your money; pig says gimme, gimme more!
 
Haha, I panicked yesterday too after reading this and finally ordered my double cut SaR6. Busse number three on its way :D

G'day Tom. You will not regret it it. As has been said these things can cut time ! ;)

Mine is scary sharp.....
 
Those of you that have both the satin & double cut:

Do they both have same type of edge grind?

yes,,the double cut edge is identical to the satin finish.scary sharp!!in fact ill say the sar-6 has the best edge & tip ive ever seen from busse,that includes the cabs and boss jack:eek::thumbup:
 
This is the first Busse that I actually bought new, and then USED! It really is an outstanding knife, no regrets.
