I just finished this knife up tonight, and boy was it a feat of engineering. I don't think i'll make another for a while. Blade is 3-1/4 in long made of Delbert Ealy 3-bar composite damascus. Blade is only 3/8 in wide at the widest point. The center is a bunch of wavy lines and the outside edges are turkish twist. Handles are Devin Thomas raindrop pattern Damascus. Titanium liners fully fileworked and anodized bright dark blue, fully fileworked backbar, screws and thumbstud. The screws have also been heat colored gold. The handles have been fluted at the ends and inlaid with gold leaf. Overall length is 7-3/8.
Thanks for looking,
Chuck

Me likes too. Some fine looking work Chuck!

Chuck, this is a beautiful dagger...This is the best looking piece of yours I've seen since I purchased your "tulip" dagger..I really wish I could check this one "live" instead of just getting teased by your photo....Did you see something similar that inspired this new design?...Rich...

That is some piece of work! If ever a knife should have been named "Asp".., I'd pick this one. Nasty.., classy.., a little scary..., and gorgeous!

someday I have to see Chuck's work in person. from the images, I'd go crazy buying something though as I'd find that the next one would be one I'd want too. Still have not won the lottery. Just with that the images did not have the yellow incandescent light tint to them though.
