Decided to put the Gabon Ebony on the AG110. It turned out very nice I think. Its my best fit and finish yet.

I was just thinking while looking at this picture, "Why doesn't Buck offer this blade finish (BP Blued finish too) in the CS on S30V." Of course, the answer is that the lawyers for Cabalas and Bass Pro wrote a "no compete" clause in the purchase contract with Buck on the AG & BP line on 110.

Just who of you would consider purchasing this knive from the custom shop? I would like the knife even better in a NS frame. But that's what I had and nowhere is that blade option and NS available unless you opt for a CS420HC like Buckway did on his 112. I guess I just have a hard time spending $110 for a 420HC bladed knife. The good news is this one was: AG110-$76 Gabon; Ebony-$10; my time-$0. Not a bad price on that knife. In all fairness, I should allocate the cost of my shop among all competed projects at this point......Naw just kidding. I think this coffee is starting to affect me.

Remember now: Black oxide coated S30V blade and Gabon Ebony Inlay.
