Just got in from a week on the road. The 25" Siru with Sarki Shop scabbard that Mochiman offered on the forum a few weeks back was waiting for me.

I'm sure all of you long-timers who have seen Terry's work will probably respond with "Duh! We told you so", when I say this, but...

THIS QUICK-DRAW SCABBARD IS AMAZING!

I know nothing about leather-working, but the scabbard is truly an object that can be appreciated on its own.

If you ever have a chance to acquire one of Terry's creations, do it. Its a shame that he closed-up shop.

This one cost me a set-to with the future missus over my HIKV.

But it was worth it.

I remember reading about that great deal you got. It's the set-to with the future missus that concerns me. Wait until she is your missus, then the set-too's get worse. Better build up brownie points...and get as many Khuks between now and marriage as possible.

I don't have a digital camera. Plus, for the price of one, I could get at least one PGA, instead. So, I don't see any digital cameras in my future.
