Hey Guys..

First off ,,let me say that you guys have Overwhelmed us with your Thoughts and Well wishes...

It truely gave us an uplift and something to think about during the surgery..

Everything went well.. The surgery (6hrs) from the doctors perspective was a complete success and everything is good...

Little Wyatt is having a little bit of a rough go at it right now,,as his head is Very swollen, and I'm told by my wife that one eye has now swollen shut. His IVs and drains have been removed and he is now eating a little..

Over the next few days his swelling should start to lessen and his cut from ear to ear should be healing..

As to the knife content of this post.

I had to sign a non weapons/violence form at Ronald McDonald house that prohibits any type of weapons on the grounds.Needless to say I had to make a run out to the car..

I However urge Everyone to donate generously to the Ronald McDonald house and Easter Seals, they have been wonderful to us...

I'm not sure what we would have done without them..

Thanks Again for your support, compassion and understanding.

Eric,
I'm really glad to hear that everything went OK. Little children seem to heal really quickly, and have an innate will to get better (which a lot of adults lose IMO). It won't be long and this will all be a memory. God is with Wyatt and your whole family.

Paul

Glad to hear things are well. Stay positive

. It's all too easy at these times, to let situations like this drag you down.
Best regards,

Indeed, that is excellent news Eric
Kids can bounce back so quickly from stuff that would flatten us for an extended time

Take care

Eric, as a father of two small children, I know this can be spooky stuff. I'm very glad to hear all is well! Best wishes to you and your family.

Excellent news, Eric! Thank you keeping us informed, and I will continue to pray for Wyatt's speedy recovery.

Eric,

That is great news!!!
I'm sure it is tough to see him in that condition, but remember that he will probably have no memory of any of this. I will say another prayer for your family and for a speedy recovery.

Easter Seals sends us a wad of return address stickers and a donation form every year. I will gladly utilize this next one with a nod toward the north. Thanx for the update, it is good to hear.

Great news Eric! Keep us updated on Wyatt's progress. Kids do heal amazingly fast compared to us old farts.

Great news, Eric! Glad to hear it.

I second your support of the Ronald McDonald house. My brother and pregnant sister-in-law recently stayed in one in Richmond, VA while my nephew was in the ICU.
