All-Metal Knife?

I'm looking to buy an all-metal knife. Preferably stainless steel handles, but titanium or aluminum would do just fine.
I like the looks of the Sebenza, but it's waaaay out of my price range. Also, I own a Sanrenmu 710 and I find it's a bit too small for my taste.
Spyderco (and their Byrd line) produces some nice all-metal knives, but they can't be adjusted or taken apart.
I've got my eye on the Kershaw Shallot, and I AM warming up to it. . .but. . .I don't know, it seems a bit too "curvy" to me. The Leek has the opposite problem, the edge is too straight.

Criteria:
1. Classic lines (think Sebenza)
2. Screw-together construction
3. One-hand opening
4. Locks open
5. Under US$50 (I am poor. lol :p)

It's gonna be a nice, shiny, suit knife. . .OR I might acid-etch the poop out of it and carry it every day.;)
But mainly I'm looking for a nice suit knife.:) Any recommendations?

I understand this problem a little. i dont like going anywhere without a knife on me. but when you wear a suit, that tactical folder can stand out. so naturally a fully SS knife makes you look classy. when i wear my suit i go to two different blades. My Syderco SS Endura, or my Kershaw Cryo. And those would be my recommendations. The SS Endura is very classy looking and though your unable to adjust it using screws, there are some tricks ive picked up to adjust it. for ex. When it gained some blade play after repeated hard use, i took some cloth and pliers and bent down the upper portion on the handle next to the pivot, this solved my problem.

The Kershaw Cryo is one of my newer knives, so i dont have much experience with it as of yet. but its well built and of Hinderer design. though its not all shiny like the endura, its a very good suit knife. ive gotten multiple compliments for it.

I would suggest the CRKT Drifter! I think it fits exactly what you're looking for. Here is a LINK to the knife's page.

EDIT; I forgot to mention that this little beauty can be had for less than $40 from CRKT themselves... meaning you can probably find it for less elsewhere.

Also, a picture!

^^^ You can get a CRKT Drifter for around $20. It's a nice value and the steel(8cr13mov) isn't so bad either.
It's the steel that's found in the China Kershaws, Spyderco Byrd Knives, and Spyderco's Tenacious line(to name a few of it's more popular uses).

If Spring assist is okay(you can always drill a detent hole and take out the torsion bar) I would suggest the Kershaw SS Volt. It's all stainless, frame lock, 8cr13mov steel, nicely sized(not too big as to scare people but not too small for even large hands).

I find you really don't NEED exposed screws as they build it very well inside the handles and I've never had an issue with play, centering, or anything really when it comes to hidden screw construction. Plus it really does make the knife look nicer.

That being said, if you would reconsider, I would suggest picking up a Spyderco SS Dragonfly(right at $50). It's the best deal you'll get in your price range. Excellent construction with no issues, even over time, very nice SS handles, and a nice VG-10 blade, all at $50. I believe this one is your best bet.

I agree, those are all good choices. . .But Hinderers are just a bit too tactical for my taste, and the Drifter is a bit small (I've got the G10 version). Spydercos. . .I want to be able to take apart the knife. :)
I'm enjoying these recommendations. More please. ;)

I may have found your blade. Not as curvy as the Shallot, and not as straight edged as the Leek. The Kershaw Zing SS.

Take a look at the SOG slimjim [SJ-31 model] you might like that. There is also an XL bigger version.
Not my current lust but it got my attention.

Beautiful recommendations! Big thanks to all who contributed. :)
I've made my choice, but if anyone happens to stumble onto this thread, keep the suggestions coming!
