Yup, there is in Central IL

I guess the grass always looks greener in Florida

Here in NJ it's starting to get better/warmer. Did about 100 miles yesterday (Sat). I was hoping to get out today, but it's rain, rain, rain.

Ride safe,
Julian

Ride safe! I spent a week in Illinois last Fall, and the traffic sucks.

The good news in Illinois, paved country farm roads. I actually rode from Macomb to Ottawa, then down to Eldorado riding only on backroads. It took a long time, but it was worth it to stay off of the congested state highways out there.

Have fun and keep the shiny side up,
-Bob

Yeah Baby:thumbup:
Took the bike out yesterday for about 60 miles.
I can't wait till I'm able to ride every day.

I'd post a picture of the snow we've been getting but I'm to depressed to get off my butt and take the picture :grumpy:

I had mine out for about a hundred miles last week. Now it's snowing and 20-30 degrees again. If it's 35 degrees and above with dry roads, I'm on it, until the frostbite gets the best of me.

Riding weather is 365 days a year here in dry, hot Western Australia.
I've ridden 50,000 miles in 5 years, lowest temperature never much below 40F in winter, but summer temps can go to 105F+.

Plenty of pubs with cold beer if it gets too hot.

I look like the Michelin Man with all my cold weather gear when it gets below about 50F, so I can't imagine riding in snow and ice!

The weather has been great here in the Carolinas.
In fact, it's been so nice that I've already did "X-Rays" on four bikers in the Emergency Department this year.

One ankle fracture, one femoral fracture, one wrist fracture, and whole lot of road rash!

Be careful out there.
Remember, we don't call them "donor-cycles" for nothing.
