Ever lament all of the cool or neat knives you got rid of?

Spyderco small Dyad with micarta scales
cocobolo large Sebenza
African blackwood small Sebenza
alright, all the Chris Reeve knives I've let go
Benchmade Skirmish
Benchmade Rukus
Queen 1095 trapper with nice bone scales
Gossman buffalo hunter

all of the Swamp Rat choppers I had that had the coatings removed.

There are literally dozens more. Which ones do you miss?

Benchmade 530, Spyderco Caly 3, CRKT Rollock, Mirror polished BRKT PSK, and a CS Ti-Lite.

My first Michael Morris friction folder, ( I have 2 others, but you never forget your first).
Everything else since then, I've kept.

I had a really nice replica of the Cobra Night Slasher knife...

But I lost it years ago and have no idea what happened to it.

Blah!

I could list maybe 200 knives here, but I'll keep it down to 5:

REKAT Sifu.
Benchmade 805.
Ontario Hells' Belle.
SOG Trooper.
Cold Steel Tai Pan.

If I took some time I'd have a list of a hundred or so. Right now I wish I had kept my BM Skirmish, BM Dejavoo, Kershaw SG2 Ti JYD II, BM Rukus, BRKT TUSK in antique Stag with matching fire steel, Ontario RTAK II, Carbon V Cold Steel TrailMaster with custom sheath and NWA forum knife.

For me it was an old Schrade 250T folding hunter the handles were well worn and in rough but very sevicable shape however I don't believe the blades had ever been sharpened I traded two Rough Riders for it (An elephant's Toenail and a sunfish) any who about 2 hours later I was showing it to a guy and had no intentions of selling it ( I was realy pretty fond of it for some reason) and it was obvious that he had to have this knife he offered me 30 bucks(A very fair price) for it and I turned him down then he brought me an older Camillus combat utility knife and said he would trade me the Camillus and 20 bucks for it and again I refused then he proceded to tell me the only reason he was offering me these insane deals for it was because he had one that looked almost identical to it when he was a teenager but lost it some were along the way I guess I'm a softy because I caved in and he got my schrade I know I got the better end of the deal however for some strange reason the knife just had this really strange and attractive vibe or Mojo to it like it was telling me hey I'm used but not abused I dunno but it justed seemed to have a ton of personality to it and I miss it dearly even though I only owned it for a couple of hours I already had plans of using it this Deer season and EDCing it.

Wish I kept:
Kershaw Ti ZDP Leek
BM 850 Pearl
BM 875 Elishewitz
Microtech SOCOM Elite-A
Microtech Option 2
Chris English "Z" auto with pearl and damascus

Honestly, I almost never miss 'em when they are gone. I have re-purchased a few (including the Rukus) but it is always a let down.

Definitely my 1 of 5 black on black Scrapmuk from Blade. No idea why I got rid of it.

had a Buck Buckmaster "survival" knife when i was 19 or so. sold it to help pay for an SKS. i know it was nearly worthless as intended, but it did have cool factor. also sold an '80's era Gerber wasp waisted Mark II , that has been tragic. bought a new model MK II but isnt wasp waited and i dont like the serrations on the new one.

Traded a raggedy ass mosin nagant m44 for a buckmaster. Had all the pouches, gear, etc with it. I traded it off for something else, now I wish Id kept it.

There were a few knives and things sold in the 80's for a while until the law caught up with them, banned everywhere now. One was a black steel pen, the clip would trigger a maybe 3-4 inch spike to come out via spring. And there was something sold as some type of bayonet, the blade had a metal cylindrical cover much like the handle. The deal was it was spring loaded, you could leave the cover on and fire it like a club,
or take it off and fire the blade like a harpoon. I never saw it in action so I don't know how strong the spring was but I gather it was pretty strong.

And there was a rectangular piece that looked a bit like a high tech pen when in the pocket, but press a button and the cover over the blade would retract. Ads for that were everywhere in the 80's but I had no $.

The ones I miss are the ones I lost.

BM AFCK that I lost at work.

Spyderco Renegade serrated that disappeared at a strip club. That knife tasted my blood when I first got it (I still have the scar) and it was my EDC for quite a while after that...until I discovered it was gone after I left that (ahem) establishment.

A perfect Black Jack Model 7 hunter with stag handle. Buck Kalinga. An old original Cold Steel large Tanto Voyager. SOG Pentagon (I think it was called that). And I'm about to put up my Benchmade Delta raider. It's not gone yet, but I'm already regretting having to let it go, so it counts here to me already, lol.

I've definitely sold off a lot of neat/cool knives (Kershaw Volts, Ti/SG2 JYD IIs, Strider SMFs in CPM-3V, Terzuola custom, etc.), but honestly I have yet to have one that, all things considered, I wish I'd kept or regret selling.
