ALL Ti Bronzed, anyone seen one?

I have posted pics of my bronzed 24 several times and others have as well. What would you like to know? Mine is bronze lock side from Blade 2011. Not too long ago I placed the XM textured bronze Ti scale on it replacing the OD green original.

I picked one up with Bronzed smooth scale and bronzed clip and stand-offs, pics were not very telling was just curious in the mean time if any had pics etc.

Roger, that...
I do not have smooth bronzed scale or bronzed Ti spacers. I like the contrast in my Bronzed parts and plain spacers/screws/etc. I have toyed with the idea of adding Ti spacers but do not see a big benefit over the factory pieces. Please post some pics of your new XM once you have it in hand, it sounds very attractive. I'll try and post a pic of my XM in here in a bit. I feel a thread without pics in just a tad verbose.

Thanks much man, Very very nice. I will set my expectations much lower than that. I will post pics when it arrives.

This 24 is my favorite folding knife to date. I have several (folding knives by various makers), but love this thing. It was my primary EDC till I got my XM 18 3.5. Now it's part of a 2 Hinderer EDC every time I leave the house. With the exception of air travel. I cannot trust these out of my sight. I look forward to pics of yours.

It's amazing. I look at my knife collection periodically many times due to a visitor wanting to see them. The Hinderer seems to always draw a "Whoa, what the hell is that" comment.
I agree with one of your earlier comments, on your knife - I too like the contrast of the SS standoffs against the bronzed Ti. I would not change them if it was my knife.
IF I had your knife in a "regular" all Ti configuration I would then probably use Blue anodized or Bronze anodized standoffs for contrast.
I don't own a 24 yet, I wonder about size. Seems like the 3.5" is perfect. Still, I will get 3" & 4" just because:)

Sounds much like my new edc. I am neglecting all my other folders hardcore. :)

Well, the Bronze annodized XM-18 (Spanto non-flipper arrived)
Different than what I expected but being as I had not ever seen a Bronzed annodized Ti scale that was almost a certainty.
I mis-spoke when I titled this, I did mean "ALL Ti but the lockside is in fact the stock finish. I would like to look into getting it ALL annodized, not sure if that is possible.
Definately in brand NEW Perfect condition as described. All parts included and in their individual bags.
The annodized parts almost have a pinkish/violet effect when the light hits it (??) unexpected, but cool. I guess I thoght the "Bronze" was going to look kinda goldish, glad it doesn't. The bronzed stand-offs (probably because the light doesn't hit them the same way) are more bronze looking. Clip etc. nice effect.
I wonder how the annodized finish will hole up IF I EDC this which I may the knife is that nice. My first non-flipper, I like it.
The knife is very sharp (my sharpest so far) action is velvety smooth, easily the smoothest so far.
Really a very very nice knife finished this way, nicer than I expected.

I like it!
When something is anodized, it may not come out exactly the way you want or what you expect. That's just the nature of the process.

I was expecting something like these...
http://www.rickhindererknives.com/hinderer-gear/scales/hinderer-titanium-xm-scales/

But what you have there is a bit more unique. Does the clip match the bronzed scale or more match the Ti spacers?

Clip looks like the scale. This is the issue, I was expecting the look of the Hinderer site as well. The Seller claims these are from Hinderer directly.
If that is not true then... I take issue. I don't like liars even IF it looks cool. I just don't have the factual info. either way.
Do annodized scales from Hinderer look like this?
If I dampen it (as in wipe it off) the moisture makes it look like bronze but when the moisture evaporates - rainbow effect returns.

With so many unique offerings at shows and such I have no idea of where the parts originated. I would guess they are legitimate. Perhaps one of the enlightened will educate us a bit.
It sounds as if you like it but are not totally "into" this scale. The beautiful thing here is that you have options in what scale you want. I will be perfectly honest, it is not my favorite, I prefer textured scales. That said, it is a hell of a great knife and will look better with some wear. Oh to be clear, my opinion does not matter, only how you feel about your knife does. All I can see is a pic on the Internet. In hand it may look totally different.

As usual, appreciate your candor and opinion. I am more into textured scales but have to admit it is way cooler lookingthan I expected and looks better in person than in a crappy cell phone pic.

That is exactly what I was thinking. Looks better in hand than in pic. All my Hinderers are flippers, does this non-flipper fire open with a thumb flick or is it slower to open with a more standard deployment?

It actually opens more authoritatively than my flippers. It was definitely not carried or used but perhaps it was opened more than mine. Really opens with a snap with a thumb flick.
