All Topics Forum jammed up?

Haven't been able to get into the All Topics Forum for about last 1/2 hour. Monday 8/2/99 5:57 PM.

The same has been happening to me, I checked it out with both my computer and my WebTV and the problem is consistent with both operating systems. I can access every other forum available to me but this one. The problem first occurred for me at around 6:00pm, it is now 9:04pm. I think it is a problem shared by most, if not all of the forum members: The reply notifications on my post "How Do You Open YOUR Axis-Lock?" stopped at around five, and I have yet to get any more.
