all weather digital camera

can anyone recomend a good all weather camera that is digital and uses aa or aaa batteries or something that does not need to be recharged im going to be in peru with no access to a way to charge it

There are not many cameras out there that use AA or AAA batteries anymore. You can buy a solar charger to charge it.

As fas as a camera goes I highly recommend the Casio EX-G1.
