All you need is candy...

Well hot damn! Now I can quit humping all that darn camping/survival gear! I'll just stuff my BDU pockets with candy but it didn't say what kind. How will I survive?!?! ;)

Altoids of course. All these years we have been filling the tins with other stuff.

Candy is a great item for your kit. Helped me make it through ILRRPS and RIP. I give the lady credit for even eating the candy. People often forget the simple things. People have found frozen with matches in their pocket and dead in the desert with a water full of canteen.
 
Interesting story...saw it on the local news. Actually it just shows what tough SOBs we are out here in WA. And you thought we were all latte-sippin', SUV-drivin', high-tech, yuppie whiners (darnit! I just spilled my double mocha on my keyboard). Next week I'm planning to scale Mt. Rainier with only a dozen Thin Mints and a tub of Red Vines. :D
