Hello everyone! My name is Justin DiVittorio. I doubt many of you recognize my name. However, some of you own knives that I helped create. I apprenticed under LT Wright and worked as the shop foreman / head grinder. After years with BHK / LTWK, I have finally decided to come out with my own brand; "Allegheny Knifeworks, LLC".

I was extremely fortunate to learn so much from a great knifemaker. I hope to take everything I learned - making some of the world's best bushcraft knives - and incorporate it into the tactical / survival market. The official URL will be going live this month, but in the meantime, I will be posting some exclusive one-off's and specials for BladeForums members in the Custom Maker's section during the next week. I'm really excited about being a part of the forum. Please feel free to ask any questions or message me directly. Thanks! :)

Congrats to you! I like the simple, clean lines of your knives. Can you provide specs/materials/pricing to the models shown? Good luck!

Congratulations - those knives look good some far. I look forward to owning a few. I guess I already have some of work via BHK/LTWK. I wish you the best, and by the looks of those blades you featured, you will be around for a long time.

Thank you both! I'm currently in WV. I've spent the majority of my life in the WV/PA/OH region... As for the specs...

Photo #1 - M55 in 3/16" CPM 3V (5.5" sharpened blade) 11.75" OAL) - G10 scales with torx hardware ($265 w/o kydex. $305 w/ custom kydex)

Photo #2 - M25 in 1/8" 154CM (2.5" blade / 7" OAL) - G10 scales with carbon fiber hardware ($75 w/o kydex. $100 for belt-clip fold-over)

Photo #3 - M40 & M40D (dagger) in 1/8" 154CM (4" blade / 9" OAL) - G10 scales with torx hardware ($125 w/o kydex. $155 with custom kydex)

All knives are hand ground / hand finished by myself. They are all available in multiple handle / coating combinations - with or without custom kydex. I have a variety of other steels available as well.

I have quite a few other models available as well. I will make sure to post items in the maker's for sale section with some specials for the forum members :)

Congrats. You certainly were blessed to have been able to apprentice first, and hone your skill before venturing out on your own.

Great work BTW, I love the simplicity of the designs. Best of luck to you in your new endeavor.
