Dude, trust me on this, you do gumbo in the bowl first, then jambalaya and top the whole thing with potato salad. It's... I would let a midget take a cleveland steamer on my chest after a week of eating indian and mexican for a bowl of alligator gumbo with jambalaya and potato salad right now!
