My Madd Maxx is within 2500 feet from me as I write this, oh to be so close yet so far away :) Only 15 hours till I can run upto the customer service counter and take ownership. In theory I could get it now, but it would involve explosives, and a lot of running after obtaining the package, but it might just be worth it :D

Anyone out there recently get their Madd Maxx?
 
Man, what a blade! You are one lucky bastid! I have been lusting after one of those for a looooong time. Enjoy that knife bud!:D

Which one you getting, (mini or large)? What's the blade style?

I have the mini and large, (both bowie-bladed), and am waiting for the XL Gibbs. You will love it whatever it is! They are my favorite custom folders of all time and that's saying a lot! :)
 
i've found that when you're waiting for a new knife that's that close, the best thing to do is sleep, because then when you wake up you can go get it. you're always too excited to sleep though.

Got it !!!! Its a 5" Dagger model. I put another post in the gallery forum with pics, thought it would belong there.
 
I have a large drop point and a small dagger. They are excellent knives!

I've got a spearpoint Mini Maxx and will be taking delivery soon of a 5.5" spearpoint. Easily one of the more unique looking, and easily recognizable, custom folders out there.
 
Man this just makes me want a mini even more. Its funny, about two years ago I got a CQC6 and it was my biggest knife that I carried,now it is the smallest one I carry. (thanks to the strider folder:D)
