Guess its been about 3 months since I've been away from making but I've got my foot in the door now. There's still alot of things I need to do but got all the benches done and a few shelves made besides a small room that I insulated and sheet rocked that has a in wall heater for when it gets real cold. I got one of my forges set up and two anvils going at this time. I was really happy to find out that the fire didn't effect my old Trenton anvil. It looked real bad when I moved it in but it cleaned up real good. Here's a few pictures of what I'm looking at now as far as the shop goes. Also me doing some forging and the blades I have forged since Thursday or Friday of last week. Sure feels good to be back at it!

Good lookin shop Ray. I like that little clean room. Nice bunch of blade too. where did you buy them? :)

love the clean room myself!!! Very nice and the floor is easy on the legs :)

Your shop looks real nice Ray, only problem, it's too clean :D .

As always, your blades are outstanding  .

Lookin' Good! Glad to hear that the new shop is up and running! I hope someday soon to be able to post similar pics. Concrete pour got delayed today due to rain, but I'm not giving up yet!

Congratulations to getting back at it. Nice shop and blades!

How big is your clean room? That is the answer to my problem of separation. I too have a large shop and I was going to build a LARGE room. A small one is a better use of space and saves $$$$$. What tasks do you do in a clean room?

You not going to insulate those walls? Hope the roof is.

The clean room is about 9' X 12'. There's not to many days here when its real cold but it will be nice to run in there to warm up. Not to sure what I'll be doing in there beside doing finish and taking naps. I wish now I hadn't tossed my old recliner.

Don, The roof has a moisture barrier and a real light insulation. Not sure if its got an R value but its sure nicer than the old shop.

Anyone notice the fire extingwisher?

Hey Big-un........... Glad to see you got those forged blades I sent you. Study them well, and maybe someday you will be able to do the same thing.:D

Glad to see you up and running.

Robert
