Just ordered one of these and can't wait.
Two blades in one slim handle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yep... A SAK is hard to beat! They come in just about any tool configuration you will need. The Soldier fits my carry needs at present.

I have a cellidor bantam and love it. I bet the alox one is thinner and more durable..Let us know how you like it.

Adi is talking about the new Bantam Alox II (note the II - US model # 55949) -
which has two knife blades -

The earlier original Bantam Alox (US model # 53949) has the combo tool in place of the small knife blade -

I've got the other one but just fancy two blades (and another SAK!)

The orginal bantam alox is just about my favorite small folder. (I'm also partial to the spyderco calypso jr.). I prefer the multi tool to the second knife blade but you really can't go wrong with either.

They are light, sharp, great looking and amazingly inexpensive. They're also sheeple friendly, but thats not generally a concern of mine with most smaller folders.

I carry the original Bantam alox when I wear dressy clothes or suits. It's a perfect knife for occasions when sophisticated dress is required.

I have an Alox Bantam but the handle is just a little too thin for my liking. When using it the handle kind of bites into my hand (yes, I'm holding the right end you smart alecks!). I like the Alox Cadet better which is two springs thick. Still nice and slim for dress-up occasions but feels better in my hand.

Glad to hear it. I should be getting an Alox Bantam 1 in a trade soon, I'm excited. I've been wanting a slim alox model and the Bantam seems perfect. I'd take the 1 or 2, but I'd prefer the utility of the combo tool to a small whittling blade.
