Alox models follow a design philosophy which is slightly different. The focus is on making sure that the tools and backsprings are stronger, and that the overall SAK is more robust. This means a simpler design, thicker backsprings, thicker tools on the larger models, and no cutouts for back side tools, which would weaken the SAK's strength and sturdiness.
SwissBianco sells custom 91mm alox scales. You can buy a Swiss Champ and attach the custom scales to it with glue. It's not quite the same, but it's the closest you can get without taking the SAK apart and peening it back together with special scales. If that's really what you want but you're not up to the job, then you could pay a custom SAK modder to do it for you, but it's expensive and you'll probably have to wait a long time for the modder to have an opening in their work schedule.
