This is a long shot, but if anyone knows where to find a pic of the tang under the molded handles for these, would you please post a link here. I have one of the drop point hunters and think it might be a good candidate for a re-handle project. It would be really nice to know whats under there first. Thanks
 
Found something. Not the hunter but the same design is my bet.
