Alpha Hunter Folder info

I have an Alpha Folder that has the 2002 tang stamp, with a Bos ats-34 blade. The question is, it has no model number on it (i.e. 277). Any one no why or the story of these knives? phone pics sorry. Thanks

Wasn't the anvil used in place of model numbers on all knives in 2002?

Coincidentally I have a 2004 with ATS-34 on my belt right now
Been edc'ing it a bit lately.

My story on these is that they are super sweet

I know the 110 has the model no. as do the other 100 series. So I don't know. On my belt today also with a 317 (over kill baby).

The anvil was the date stamp for 2002.

I think DChris is correct that on most of the 2002 the anvil replaced the model number also on the date code for this year the last line is *2002 "The anvil used instead of model number (on all knives) this year only"
