I find solace in the fact that the quality of that knife can't touch my shot show onslaught. I can rest easy. Plus, one's significantly prettier than the other...

Nahh, I'm not tempted. Probably the same steel as that other stuff from Ganzo. Most likely the same build quality.
Ordered one yesterday.

When will the copying end? Can't believe this.
Going to order one too, can't WAIT :D
 
Man, I can't believe Benchmade would rip off a poor, little, honorable, Chinese, company, like that... Sheesh...

The thing that frustrates me about Ganzo/Bee/Navy/Enlan/SanRenMu is that if they just did some frickin' designs of their own instead of copying others they'd probably be a fairly well respected compan(y/ies) because the execution of their products and how they perform vs. how little they cost is pretty crazy. But there's no way I can ethically support a company that so blatantly copies designs. I even have access to some SanRenMu knives and I'm all about bang-for-your-buck knives but unless they clean up their act (doubtful) I'll never carry them. And that's kind of a shame. There may be a fine line between inspiration and imitation but we'll say that the flattery is a little too sincere in this case. :o

totally agreed and one of the best comments i ever seen about these brands!!:applause:
however i might add that they have designs of their own that are really good like the enlan el-01 or the enlan M025 just to name a few that i've handled.

Well said. Its a shame that they follow a completely different business model that is based on these kinds of tactics. Meh
