What are the pros and cons on double cut verses satin?

I talkin to you users out there. Corrosion resistance with game blood mainly, but also scratch resistance etc. etc.

Any opinions on your preferance?

As far as corrosion a DC finish seals the steel more than Satin.

A Coating always helps more than no coating. However, I have noticed that INFI is fairly corrosion resistant for not being a stainless steel, not sure why since it is a carbon steel.
