I just took the recommendation of this forum and ordered a camillus edc from wow inc. Now we will see if you all were right and the knife and service are excellent or if I will have to pelt you all with rotten tomatoes and other assorted offal.:)
 
Did you get the one with talonite? If so, be careful because it is easier to break than normal blade steels.:( (much easier). I do not think you will be dissapointed, The edc has a good, solid lock and fits the hand well. I have big hands and for a normal sized folder it is really nice. (probably due to the handle swell)

The EDC's probably the best bang for the buck folder out there now. I have two, one being an old 420HC that came from WOW, and it's outstanding. Steel shmeel, the thing's born to cut!

If it is Talonite, I don't think you'll have any problems with chipping on a blade that small.
