Alright, new leather guy here!!

I've been making knives for about 2 years, as a hobby, and outsourcing my leather sheaths...the last 4 knives I sent him took about 4 months to get back!haha (He's VERY busy with his fulltime job) So I'm looking to learn how to do my own! I bought Paul Long's Basic Pouch Sheaths video and it was very informative! I've been making my own kydex sheaths for 2 years, but never have done anything with leather! Will be trying to read everything I can on this forum! Thanks for all the knowledge that's here and I look forward to starting in this new craft!

Tandy leather has a new line of books on sheath making, I hear they are good though I haven't had the chance to leaf through them myself.

They also have a great selection of Al Stohlman books on everything from tools to patterning.
