Well I finally took the time to take a few pictures of my new slipjoint from Mike Alsdorf. This one has integral liners/bolsters in 416ss a CPM 154 swedged spearpoint blade and some absolutely flawless interior mammoth ivory. I love the integral dove tailed bolsters! How does he do it?

This knife is as good as they get from my perspective. Especially at the price Mike is getting right now. What appears to be filework on the spine of some pictures is actually a reflection of lines in the glass table top. The fit and finish and walk and talk on this little knife (3 1/8" closed) is just perfect. I'm really pleased with it.

That's the most beautiful knife Mike has ever done (at least of the ones I've seen).

I'm still kicking myself for not buying it, but I'm glad you're enjoying it.

Congrats, Gary! (You better make sure Gus keeps his hands in his pockets when he's around you. ;))

The cream color of that mammoth ivory is beautiful. Looks very warm to the touch.

I agree, an amazing value and dare I say flawless builds every time.
