The packaging is legit but if the knife was anodized blurple the warranty is void which the post doesn’t seem to state. The knife looks legit as well but very crappy photo.

here’s my 2016 Sm Inkosi with kit.
With regards to warranty, you can purchase small parts and CRK (as of a couple years ago) will ship Inkosi washers. So unless you’re in need of a blade replacement or desirous of a spa service, the potential need of warranty service is relatively low.
In case you didn’t know, the early Inkosis had a grove milled into the blade tang for the detent ball. I don’t know that it makes the knife any more collectible, but I think it’s kinda cool.
